Developed as a way to forecast trends in home decor and fashion, Pantone has declared a new color of the year since 2000. It seems only natural that popular paint brands like Glidden and Dutch Boy are now following suit and making their own “Color of the Year” selections. Although this year you won’t find any of the choices quite as loud or vibrant as Pantone’s 2018 Color of the Year Ultra Violet.
